Goose is a stunning 5-year-old, registered blue roan draft cross mare standing at 16.3 hands. Registered with the ADCR, this lovely mare has a solid foundation and is ready to excel in her next chapter.  She has a great start in the arena and has been ridden extensively on trails. Goose is soft in the face, moves beautifully with a collected lope, and picks up both leads with ease. She rides on a loose rein and has been thoroughly desensitized to tarps, jugs, flags, balls, and even a bullwhip being cracked off her. Goose has been started the right way and is ready for her forever home.  Personality-wise, she’s extremely friendly, easy to catch, and will meet you at the gate, happily following you to the barn. She gets along well in the pasture with other horses and loves being around people.  Although Goose is quiet and well-mannered, she’s still a big girl, so she’s best suited for a rider who knows how to handle and ride horses. For an intermediate rider, she’ll be a joy to own and work with.  In 2024, Goose foaled a gorgeous blue roan Quarter Horse cross filly, proving her value as a broodmare that is color tested Homozygous black and roan.
