If you would like to purchase any horse on this website for the asking price immediately please click below to complete purchase. Horse must be paid for in full before pick up can be arranged. A 10% NON REFUNDABLE deposit can be made to hold a horse for 5 days. That deposit will not be refunded for any reason other than a horse failing a vet check within that 5 day period. In order for the said horse to be guaranteed he/she must be paid in full within that 5 day period that the deposit was made.
All horses are being sold 'AS IS'. The purchaser has the opportunity to have a pre-purchase examination performed by a veterinarian of their choice at the Purchaser's expense prior to the completion of the sale. In the event that the Purchaser elects not to have a veterinarian perform a pre-purchase examination of the said Horse, the Purchaser waives any and all rights, claims or causes of action against the Seller for any patent or latent defects pertaining to the said Horse.
The Purchaser has been given the opportunity to inspect the Horse or to have it inspected and the Purchaser has accepted the Horse in its existing condition.
All riders have different levels of skills. We can only tell you what level we believe the horse would be compatible with however we cannot guarantee that ANY horse will be the perfect fit for any rider without seeing their actual skill level. On so many instances we have people come look at horses saying they are experienced riders and when they get here to try horses they are at best beginners. Horses are animals and that being said even the safest horse in the world can get spooked or if handled incorrectly things can happen. We are not responsible for any incidents that happen with any horse or rider/handler.

If you would like to purchase any horse on this website for the asking price immediately please read below and fill out the proper forms to complete purchase. Please fill out the contact box below stating the horses name that you are interested in purchasing. Be sure to list your email address, home address, phone number and print out and sign the bill of sale. We will send you a signed copy back once payment is made. Our standard bill of sale must be signed and returned before any sale is final and horses can be picked up.

We no longer are accepting deposits to hold horses and will not hold a horse for a pending vet check if we have another party with the money in hand before the scheduled vet visit. We are sorry for such strict rules but we have placed several horses on holds that different parties wanted to vet out only to have people flake out days later and we have missed other sales so unfortunately it has come to the point the first to show up with the money gets the horse.
We try to update our site regularly so if a horse is sold it will be taken down or say sold.
